Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production plans to ensure timely and efficient assembly processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to optimize workflows and resolve issues.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production schedules to meet changing requirements in a high-volume, high-mix environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials.
- Track production progress and ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Facilitate communication between departments to streamline the entire production process.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in manufacturing planning, with a focus on assembly processes.
- Strong preference for candidates with high-volume and high-mix experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Familiarity with production scheduling software and inventory management systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
